All Dressed Up for Easter

Bikes

Ethan and Lily got bikes for Easter!

Lily's pink and purple Tricycle came home first and Ethan decided it was his. He even insisted on wearing the too small pink helmet.

Finally Lily got to "ride" it. She loves wearing her helmet while I push her around.

Ethan's bike is a green Jeep. He is working on pedaling and steering at the same time.

Easter Morning 2012

Our Easter Morning started off with a delicious Whole Wheat Honey Bunny from my new favorite bread store Great Harvest. 

The Easter baskets were filled with toys, books and a few bits of candy. The baskets, paper grass, books and toys were all bought from a local Thrift Store for less then $10.

Ethan woke first and dived into the bunny crackers.

Lily was not quite awake while exploring her basket,

but managed to give me a little smile.

Texas Blue Bonnets

We took pictures of the kids in the Texas Blue Bonnets for our Easter card this year. I thought it would be fun to show you a few that didn't make the cut.

There were very few bad ones of Ethan. He has gotten really good at smiling for the camera. 

There were many funny ones of Lily. I still working on her modeling training :)

This is right before Lily had a sneezing attack. But isn't her dress pretty? I got both her dress and Ethan's button down shirt at the thrift store for less then $2 each!

We never did get a good one of the two of them together. But they are still cute when they are upset.
