Weekly Weigh In

Starting Weight: 185.6
10% Goal by June: 19lbs total
Current Weight: 171.8
+/- for Week: -1
+/- Total: -13.8

Well, I didn't make my 10% goal yesterday but I did lose 1 lb.  I'm re-goaling myself for June 3. I'm sure I can lose 5lbs by then! I'm making it a long time because I have various vacations/reunions in the next month with lots of great food.

Go see Brandy- She gives away cool stuff!! I won!!!

It's the vacation, reunions, and social events in general that kill you! Keep it up.

that is a perfectly reasonable goal. 1-2 lbs a week is what you should strive for. Great job!
