I know it is silly to think I can already see a change in my body after only 5 days but I really think I am less jiggly. I also can see my waist coming back! I can feel my arms are a bit more toned.
I am still getting a good workout with Level 1 but I can really tell it was much easier today then when I started. I think I will do Level 1 tomorrow and Thursday and then moved to Level 2 on Friday.
And my Mom is bringing me some weights when they visit in a few weeks! Until then I just keep using the cans.

Do your measurments now so you can compare them at the end of each week or at the end of the month! I do mine every week for a weight loss group I am in with friends and this past week I lost overall 5 1/2....1 3/4 inches came from my belly alone! I was so excited.
