1/3 of the way there! WHOOO!!! I did skip the 4th because I had company coming over and needed to do a lot of stuff.
My left knee hurts and the top of my right foot. So I went back down to Level 1 because it has less "knee" work. But now that I know some more advanced moves I can add them in as long as it doesn't involve the knees.
It sucks getting old.

I bet you are feeling awesome! Keep up the good work! Ice pack for the knee after you workout will do wonders. My knees hate me too.
