Weekly Weigh In- 30 Day Shred- Day 12

Oh, how I did NOT want to work out this morning. My knee is feeling better but is still sore. I'm icing it now in hopes it doesn't get any worse.


Starting Weight: 185.6
10% Goal by July 28: 165
Current Weight: 169.2
+/- Week: -.4
+/- Total: -16.4

Well, it's better then gaining. And with all the cake and ice cream I ate this week I should be very glad I didn't gain. 

With all this working out just think how much weight I could lose if I was not eating so much??????

good job on the loss. I would always justify eating more when i was running.
