I'm totally going to make my Goal! In fact, 10% off my starting weight is 19lbs so I've hit 10%!
It feels really good.
I've decided to only do the Shred every other day. It's better on my knees. So I need something to do on the off days. Anyone have a great/fun workout they love to do? I'd like some kind of dance DVD that doesn't cost very much. The Zumba DVDs only come in big, expensive sets.

Congrats! You are doing amazing! Keep up the good work. We have Verizon and they have a lot of workouts for free On Demand. Lets me try a lot of stuff. I'm not so great at Zumba, I have no coordination!
I do Walk Away the Pounds a lot. It's low impact, but it's still a great work out.
